Now, as Director of Business Systems Design, I consult with executive leadership teams to facilitate the co-creation of improved business systems and processes within holistic frameworks. Led team in the visual and UX redesign of Ting Internet, making it accessible, customer-centric, and scalable. Optimized the end-to-end B2C experience with focus on the website, purchase flow, control panel, iOS app, and Marketing CMS.
Led dedicated teams across various B2B SaaS business offerings, ISOS and MONOS, to modernize modular business and operating support ecosystems. Connected critical functions like customer support, subscription management, field operations, product catalogue, and much more.
Enabled team to build an internal knowledge-base, hubble, prioritizing the tools and resources critical to onboarding and async operational efficiencies for the design org. An external facing site, d@t, was also designed to facilitate recruitment, showcase our remote-first culture, and enable thought leadership within the community.
Led the complete modernization of the Tucows brand and website while preserving its 25+ year old heritage. The outcome was award-winning in its execution and the mission to attract top talent was a resounding success with Tucows nearly doubling its headcount (2022) since the launch in 2019.
