I believe great design is simple and smart. I feel lucky to have had the opportunity to apply this framework to many successful brands and award-winning products. In my previous role of Product Design & UX Director, my efforts were focused on developing teams to solve complex design problems through inclusive, measured, and scalable practices. As Director of Business Systems Design, I consulted with executive leadership and teams to facilitate the co-creation of improved business systems and processes within holistic frameworks.
