Hi, I’m Em
‍
I'm a founder and senior design leader who loves simplicity. I like borrowing from nature and from the way good systems work. Creativity, for me, is curiosity applied and stretched to connect dots that don’t immediately seem to belong together, but often lead to a solution that feels both surprising and inevitable.

I don’t want ideas that only live on a whiteboard. I work with fellow leaders who want their thinking challenged in service of something real. Together we stress test assumptions, redesign workflows, and build strategies that reshape the work while still delivering what matters.

Mostly, I try to leave the systems, teams, and ideas I touch a little better than I find them. If that resonates with you, I'd love to chat.
